When the migrant workers in Hangzhou encountered living difficulties caused by emergency, the "Breeze Action" will give them one-off financial aid ranging from RMB2,000 to RMB10,000.

Recently, Hangzhou introduced a new policy benefiting the civilians-Methods to aid migrant works with special difficulties-for the first time in Zhejiang Province.

The aiding objects and scopes cover the migrant workers in legal laboring age, who don't have urban domiciliary register of Hangzhou municipality but have been living in Hangzhou for more than one year, work at Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Gongshu District, Xihu District, Hangzhou Hi-tech Development Zone (Binjiang), Hangzhou Economic Development Zone and Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area.
