Recently, a Vegetable and Fruits Market Place in Chun'an County was on public auction. Though the market place covers only 9.75 mu, it attracted 8 local real estate companies for its high building density of 62%. Through 58 rounds of competitive bids, it finally ended at a tender price of RMB45.4 millions, rising from an opening price of RMB28 millions. With a unit price of as high as 4.65 million per Mu, it set a new record for the land price in the county.
