Drivers please take care to slow down if they see some senior citizens and children cross the zebra crossing holding a red sign over their heads on the Moganshan Road. Yesterday morning, Hangzhou's first "Home of Safety" set up beside the crosswalk in front of Daguan Primary School and Wenhui Middle School in Moganshan Road.

The so called "Home of Safety" is a actually a traffic light box at ends of the crosswalks, inside which there are red "pedestrian first" signs available any time when pedestrian want to cross the roads to remind the drivers to slow down or stop their car. After crossing the road, pedestrians may put the signs in the other end of the "Home of Safety" box.
