It is reported that this year the temperature of Hangzhou on average is 4 ℃ higher than the same period after autumn set in. Higher temperature made most of deciduous plants postpone the time of "changing their clothes". Recently influenced by cold air, the temperature dropped to some extent. But under the environmental impacts of Elnino phenomena in the middle and eastern area of the equators and the Pacific Ocean, Hangzhou will go through warm autumn and winter probably like most of the whole country.
