"I am very happy to hear that Hangzhou is going to host the Globalization Forum. Hangzhou enjoys long history and rich culture. It's a romantic city and It's like a dream to be in Hangzhou....." said the Culture Vice Assistant Director-General of UNESCO Mr. Kraar who is invited to attend the Forum.

The 3rd Globalization Forum-World Culture Diversity" will be open in Hangzhou today and tomorrow. The conference will be attended by the people from various sectors, including Chinese and foreign government officials, social activists, senior representatives of international organizations, famous experts and scholars and some foreign ambassadors to China. At the same time, International Forum on Culture Diversity & Leisure Development 2005 sponsored by Hangzhou will be held tomorrow. The forum will focus on the main agendas of the leisure under the perspectives of diversified cultures, understandings of different regions on leisure cultures, leisure restricting factors and leisure ideality, leisure industry development and the way of living etc.
