The mobile newspaper vending carts with new style appear in the streets in Hangzhou in succession since today.

The mobile newspaper vendors in Hangzhou gathered at Hangzhou News Plaza yesterday, attended a job training which was taught by the leaders of urban administration, press publication departments. And they got the new style "weapons"-mobile newspaper vending carts. This kind of newspaper vending cart which given by Hangzhou Daily Group for free is collapsible, with wheels, easy for carrying. The Municipal Civilization Office, in association with Urban Administration, Municipal Culture, Broadcasting & News Bureau, Traffic Police etc, released a detailed regulation for it, made an action rules for the mobile newspaper vendors yesterday. According to the 4-unification required by the regulation-"unified dress, unified ID, unified stock, unified vending facilities", the Hangzhou Daily Group designed and produced the new newspaper vending cart, which is added with a collapsible parasol and a stool.
